An Outlet

I really enjoy writing and that's the best way for me to express my feelings. I've been learning a lot about God, God is everywhere. I've learned that things may get hard, very hard but you can't give up. Even if you don't feel like God is there, he is. He is RIGHT there. All around you. That is such a wonderful thought. I have been going through my own things, turning to God has brought me comfort beyond belief. Sometimes I feel like I have hit rock bottom, that things are only getting worse, then I realize that I have to expect good, change my thinking, and adjust my attitude. If you are feeling down in the dumps and are just stuck in a dark hole think of 5 things that you are thankful for. Turn to God and pray. I know it seems like he may not be listening but he knows what we need before we even ask him. God has three answers, yes, no, or I have something better in mind. My Grandma told me a story about a man who really wanted a Volkswagen, that's all he wanted. He asked and asked until finally that's what he was given. After he had got it God said if you would have been patient I had a Cadillac planned for you. God has nothing but the very best planned for each and every one of us. Opening out hearts to see that can be hard but God gave us dominion. We have the ability to change our thinking and turn towards the light. I am working on this myself, I am facing somethings in my life that have been hard for me. You better bet that I WILL overcome these challenges and move forward as Gods reflection. We are all perfect reflections of God. Let your God given light shine bright. :)
